How fast will I hear back?

What if I have a dental emergency after hours?
Call our main line and follow the prompts — we have an after-hours emergency message that will direct you to the on-call provider. We make every effort to see emergencies the same day.

The form above is the easiest way to request an appointment online. Once we confirm a time that works on both ends, we'll send you a calendar invite and your new-patient paperwork link.
Will my information stay private?
Yes. Our practice follows HIPAA standards for protected health information, and we never share your details with third parties. The contact form is for general inquiries — please don't include sensitive medical details until we connect.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes — free, on-site parking right outside our entrance, including accessible spaces near the door.
